Tap the light bulb for a hint: it points to the best next move (a hint is used only when it finds one). If Gobby can't win from where it is, "You're stuck!" offers Back to safety or Start over. Starting over is always free. Hints come from playing (Star Jars, chapter mastery), the daily gift, optional videos and the shop.

You lose a life only when Gobby gets hurt — poked by a thorn or whirlburr, or falling off the isle. Restarting and leaving a level never cost a life. One life comes back every 25 minutes (up to 5), you get one back when you solve a level for the first time, and finishing a chapter refills them. You can also refill with glimmers, watch an optional video, or buy lives in Shop › Lives & Hints. Glow Club members have unlimited lives.

Open Shop › Treasure and tap Restore Purchases (also in Settings). Use the same Apple Account you bought with. Glimmer packs are used up when bought and can't be restored.

In the game: Shop › Treasure › Manage Club or Settings › Manage Glow Club. Or on your iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Glow Club. You keep all Club perks until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

Progress is saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes it, and it doesn't move between devices. Purchases are safe: use Restore Purchases on the new device.
