I'm stuck on a level
Tap Shuffle (the arrows in the middle of the wheel) to see the letters in a new order; it's always free. Helpers can show the way: the Wisp lights the next letter of a word, the Seer's Eye shows a square you choose, and the Sunburst lights the shortest hidden word. You start with free ones, each Keeper gives more, and they can be bought with silk. If you're short of silk, an optional video gives you one. Every level has been verified to be solvable.
What are Wildwords, Sunseeds, Faded letters and Brambles?
Each garden brings one new idea and teaches it once, in play. Wildwords are real words with no place in the grid: they fill your satchel, and a full satchel gives silk. Sunseeds glow in some squares: weave their word yourself to gather them (a helper that reveals the square loses the seed). A Faded letter shows ✦ on the wheel and comes back after a few words. Brambles hold a square fast: no helper can reach it, only its word clears it. Settings › How to play explains everything again.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Loomhouse and tap Restore purchases (also in Settings). Use the same Apple Account you bought with. Silk packs are used when bought and can't be restored; Remove Ads, the Starter Pack and the Loomkeeper's Bundle always come back.
Will my progress move to a new iPhone or iPad?
Yes. When you're signed in to iCloud, your progress, silk, helpers and stones follow you to your other devices and survive reinstalling the game. Purchases come back with Restore purchases.
What does "Begin the journey again" do?
It takes you back to the Misty Steps to climb the Spire again, on all your devices. You keep your silk, helpers, stones, purchases and Game Center achievements. Levels, sunseeds and Wildwords you were already paid for don't pay again.
How do I erase all my game data?
Open Settings › Erase all game data. It deletes your journey, silk, helpers, stones and settings, on this device and in iCloud, on all your devices, and resets your Game Center achievements. Your purchases are kept by Apple: Remove Ads and pack stones come back by themselves.
Can I turn off the countdown after a level?
Yes: Settings › Continue automatically. You can also tap Stay here on the win card.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
How do I change ad and privacy choices?
In Europe, the UK and Switzerland: Settings › Privacy & ad choices in the game. On any iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
Is Word Garden suitable for children?
Yes. It's made for everyone (rated 4+), and every word is a common, family-friendly English word. Parents can use Apple's Screen Time and "Ask to Buy" to control purchases.
